Refund Policy
Because The S.M.I.L.E. Zone delivers digital content, live coaching, and recurring community access, the following policy applies to all purchases. Please read carefully before subscribing.
1. Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships are billed automatically each month and may be canceled at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid month. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
2. Annual Memberships & Coaching Agreements
Annual memberships and one-on-one coaching engagements are governed by the specific terms stated at checkout or in a signed coaching agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, annual payments are non-refundable after seven (7) days from the initial purchase and after any portion of the program has been accessed.
3. Digital Products
Digital products (downloadable resources, courses, video content, recordings) are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or viewed, due to the nature of digital delivery.
4. Live Coaching & Sessions
Live coaching sessions, group calls, and mentorship sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed. Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session start time and are subject to availability.
Missed sessions without timely rescheduling are forfeited.
5. Events & Clinics
In-person events, camps, and clinics have event-specific refund terms communicated at registration. Unless otherwise stated, registrations are non-refundable within fourteen (14) days of the event.
6. How to Cancel
- Log into your account and manage your subscription, or
- Email hello@smilezone.app from the email address on your account.
- Please include your full name and the email used for the subscription.
7. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds outside of this policy in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors, or other exceptional circumstances. Granting an exception in one case does not waive our right to enforce this policy in others.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
