2. What We Do Not Provide
The S.M.I.L.E. Zone is not a medical, mental-health, or licensed-professional service. Our content and coaching do not constitute:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Mental-health therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care.
- Psychological evaluation or treatment.
- Professional counseling or social work services.
- Legal, financial, or recruiting advice.
- Any guarantee of athletic, recruiting, scholarship, draft, or professional outcomes.
Always consult a qualified physician, licensed mental-health professional, or other appropriate expert before beginning any physical, mental, or performance training program — especially if you have any pre-existing condition or concern.
3. If You Are in Crisis
The S.M.I.L.E. Zone is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in crisis or experiencing a mental-health emergency, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the U.S.), call 911, or contact your local emergency services immediately.
4. Personal Responsibility
You (and, for minors, the parent or guardian) are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the information and content provided through the Services. Your participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with athletic training and online community participation.
5. No Professional Relationship
Use of the Services does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship between you and The S.M.I.L.E. Zone or any of its coaches, mentors, or contributors.
